We hope we can get a good delegation from your 10-15 national movement to attend. The breakdown could be as follows Students and Young Graduates: 10-12, Teachers: 5-7, Graduates and Professionals: 7-10, Indigenous Fund Development (Fund Raising) Personnel: 3-5

At Impact 2017 five staffworkers from across the Caribbean will be honoured for their longstanding service (15 years and more) to student ministry in their national movement and the CARIFES region. While this will be a time of celebration it will also serve as an inspiration to younger staff and students who may be considering student ministry as an option for their lives after graduation.

Four Specialized Conference TRACKS

Students and Young Graduates as they are encouraged to and fulfill the Great Commission. During this conference we will also launch the Caribbean Missions Inter-Action Initiative. This is a programme where students and young graduates could sign up to serve for up to two years as missionaries/staffworkers in another country.

Teachers are very vital to the development of the student ministry in any country. They are the true missionaries who see the classroom as their mission field. Their formula is

2 Teach
is 2 Change Lives
4 Ever

Alongside the regular IMPACT 2017 programme we will be running a specialized track from Christian Teachers. It is our hope that that teachers return to their classrooms the next academic year revived, re-envisioned and recommitted to the task of carrying on the Christian Fellowship groups in their schools in order to evangelize and disciple their students. Veteran CARIFES/IFES Staffworkers and Teachers will lead this track.

Graduates and Professionals are challenged to see “Secular Work as Full Time Service.” In this track participants will be challenged to embrace the “Theology Of Work (TOW).” Dr. Andre Cooper and Professor Denise Thompson will coordinate this track. Dr. Oladotun Reju of Bakke Graduate University (USA) and a national of Nigeria will lead the TOW sessions.

Missions and Money: This is a specialized track for individuals who are/will be involved in indigenous fund development in their national movements. This track will be led by Kehinde Ojo, IFES Programme Co-ordinator for Indigenous Fund Development and a national of Nigeria, along with Reuben Singh (Trinidad & Tobago) and Patricia Delbois (Martinique).
